How you spot two teams
In the photos a camera operator stands in frame; in the film the photographer walks through it. Both are working correctly and both are in each other’s way, because the best angle only exists once. Working from one hand means deciding in the same second whether a moment becomes a picture or a sequence.

When two separate teams are right
When two things happen in two places at once — preparations in two houses, or a film running through the whole celebration while portraits are wanted in parallel. Then two people are needed, and the only question is whether they know each other. An honest answer to that belongs in the first conversation, not on a price list.
